A través de esta experiencia  aprenderás a meditar conectándote con tu cuerpo y explorando sus movimientos naturales. Las personas no somos cuerpo o mente, somos sentipensantes: pensamos y sentimos al mismo tiempo. Nuestro cuerpo es el canal a través del cuál llevamos a cabo todas nuestras acciones y experimentamos el mundo, así que carga constantemente nuestras memorias, emociones, sueños, pensamientos…

Trae ropa cómoda y el corazón abierto a comprender lo que tú cuerpo te quiere decir y pide para sentirse mejor.

Lindsay will guide the group through a mindfulness practice called "Loving Kindness". This meditation practice focuses on sending warm wishes to yourself and others around you. Research supports that practicing Loving Kindness can increase love and compassion towards yourself and others around you. Lindsay is a soon-to-be miracle worker, or commonly known as a licensed social worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults working with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and socialization skills. Come to enjoy a safe and judgment free space to express yourself.

Colombian hats have been made since ancient times. Its uses, materials, and cultural meanings have changed over time. Come and enjoy a different kind of Friday, where you can learn more about Colombian culture and crafts, while decorating your own hat with accessories made by our Colombian artisans. Learn how to create a magical item for yourself through love and intention. Bring something to drink or some snacks if you wish.

The Vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body. It is responsible for controlling your breathing, digestion and heartbeat. We will be exploring ways to influence the Vagus nerve with a guided breathwork meditation. This session will include exercises to calm the mind, improve digestion, and gently release tension from the body.

A monthly gathering to build community. We come together to talk about life, our experiences, and our heart’s desires. Steph will lead a guided meditation/visualization focused around the themes of whatever Zodiac sign in which the new moon falls. After the meditation time, we all set intentions for the new month/moon cycle ahead–intentions made to help us create the lives we want. It’s a beautiful time together every month full of laughter, sometimes tears, story, feelings, sacred space, hope, and support.

A meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.  A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to invite powerful therapeutic and restorative processes.
