The physical body is basically composed of two parts: the visible physical body and the invisible physical body that is also known as the energy body, etheric body, bioplasmic body or the aura. These two bodies are basically interconnected; it means what affects one, affects the other. Hence healing the energy body and the chakras has substantial relief on the physical body.

A monthly gathering to build community. We come together to talk about life, our experiences, and our heart’s desires. 

After the meditation time, we all set intentions for the new month/moon cycle ahead–intentions made to help us create the lives we want. It’s a beautiful time together every month full of laughter, sometimes tears, story, feelings, sacred space, hope, and support.

Come to enjoy a safe and judgment free space to express yourself.

A meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.  A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to invite powerful therapeutic and restorative processes.

Dance to a mix designed by a local DJ to take you through a wonderful journey while painting in the dark with glowing colors.The use of artistic methods to treat psychological disorders and enhance mental health is known as art therapy. Art therapy is a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. People have been relying on the arts for communication, self-expression, and healing for thousands of years. 

The goal of art therapy is to utilize the creative process to help people explore self-expression and, in doing so, find new ways to gain personal insight and develop new coping skills.

The Shamanic Journey Meditation will help you to receive higher guidance, find answers, healing and wisdom  to support and enhance your well-being. Join us for a Powerful sound guided meditation that opens the road for you to visit parallel dimensions. For centuries Native Americans, Africans, Aboriginal communities were using the tool of lucid dreaming to find answers and receive higher guidance. We use the knowledge of Shamanic wisdom and the imaginary world of the subconscious mind as a way to communicate with ourselves. You will receive messages to help your development and growth or answers to inner questions you hold. The whole journey has a specific flow with explanations, dream time and sharing circle at the end. You will meet your Power Animal and strengthen the connection to parallel realities where you might encounter related guides, angels and beings. The journey can invoke healing, inter-galactic connections, past life encounters and can bring lots of clarity and enlightenment.
